1. Service Overview

RCS (Rich Communication Services) lets Concepts send rich messages like images, buttons, and carousels via your default messaging app (e.g., Google Messages). It falls back to SMS if RCS isn’t supported. Needs data/WiFi; standard SMS rates may apply.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

RCS-enabled phone and app
Active data connection
Opt-in consent for business messages per TRAI DLT rules

Concepts follows Google RCS for Business policies and TRAI regulations.

3. User Consent

By replying “YES” or engaging, you consent to RCS/SMS from Concepts. Reply “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to opt out anytime. Carrier charges apply.

4. Content & Compliance

Messages are for info, promotions, or transactions only. No spam, illegal content, or unauthorized data collection. Complies with Google’s Acceptable Use Policy.

5. No Guarantees

Service “as is”—no delivery warranty, subject to network/carrier issues. Concepts/Gupshup/Google not liable for delays, failures, or data loss.

6. Data Privacy

Concepts processes phone number and basic interaction data per our Privacy Policy. Google may review for spam. No health/financial data without consent.

7. Changes & Termination

Concepts/Gupshup/Google may update terms anytime (check site). Service ends if you opt out or account closes.

8. Governing Law

Indian law applies; disputes in Hyderabad courts.
