Conditions

Only existing CONCEPTS plot owners (booked or registered) can refer

Referred buyer must not have an existing booking, an active sales conversation, or another referrer already named

Referrer must be named at booking (before token payment). Post-facto claims cannot be accepted

Rewards are 3% and 2% of the original booking value. Post-booking discounts do not change the reward amount

Payout is triggered by registration and transferred via NEFT within 7 working days. Valid PAN and bank details are required for both parties

CONCEPTS employees, and direct family members of employees or founders, are not eligible to participate as referrers

Unverified or disputed referrals will not be paid out. Our verification call is the final record

Unlimited referrals allowed. CONCEPTS reserves the right to review unusually high volumes under applicable tax rules

What if my friend forgets to name me at booking?

Named-at-booking is the only record we go by. Post-facto claims — even if both of you agree later — cannot be accepted. This keeps the programme clean and prevents disputes. Make sure your friend writes your name and phone on the booking form before they pay the token.

When exactly do I get paid?

Both payouts — yours (3%) and your friend’s (2%) — are processed within 7 working days of the registered sale deed being issued. Not at booking, not at token — at registration. Bank transfer via NEFT. You get a confirmation on WhatsApp with the transaction reference.

Is the reward taxable?

We pay the full amount to your bank without deducting tax at source. Recipients are responsible for declaring this amount as income under applicable tax laws. Valid PAN is required for the transfer. Please consult your tax advisor for specifics on your personal situation.

What if my friend cancels or doesn’t register?

The payout only triggers when the sale deed is registered. If your friend cancels the booking or the registration doesn’t happen, neither of you is paid. No partial payouts at the token or booking stage.

Can I refer my spouse, parent, or sibling?

Yes — as long as you are a registered CONCEPTS plot owner and your family member is not already in an active sales conversation with us. CONCEPTS employees and direct family members of employees or founders are not eligible as referrers, since they are already part of the CONCEPTS ecosystem.

What if two owners both claim to have referred the same buyer?

The name on the booking form is the single source of truth. The referrer named on the form receives the payout. Our verification call confirms this before any payout is released.

Is there really no cap?

Correct. You can refer as many people as you want. However, if the volume of your referrals becomes significant in a single financial year, we may need to review the tax treatment of the rewards under applicable law and let you know before the next payout.

What counts as “booking value”?

The total agreed plot value on the CONCEPTS booking form, before any post-booking discounts, adjustments, or waivers. This is a fixed number from day one, so your reward amount never changes once the booking is recorded.

Inner Circle rewards are paid gross, without tax deducted at source. Recipients are responsible for declaring this amount under applicable income-tax laws and should consult a tax advisor for personal guidance. CONCEPTS reserves the right to verify referrals and withhold payouts in cases of dispute, misrepresentation, or ineligibility.
