How We Can Afford to Do This

Most developers can’t offer cost-price plots because their cost structure includes agent commissions and massive traditional marketing spend. They need high margins to cover those costs.

CONCEPTS is digital-first. We find customers online, sell direct. Our agent commission is zero. Our marketing spend is 10x lower than traditional developers. That means our margins come from an efficient model, not from overcharging customers.

When we offer partners cost price, we’re sharing the benefit of that efficiency with the people who became our customers.

No. Partner Pricing is exclusive to customers who bought directly from CONCEPTS. The new buyer receives all other ecosystem benefits, but not Partner Pricing. This is the reward for being a CONCEPTS customer.
