From Token to
Your Name.
Token
A token amount holds the plot in your name. Nothing else moves until you’re ready.
Agreement
We walk the agreement clause by clause — physical or online. A lawyer or family member is welcome. Nothing is signed until you’re comfortable.
Registration
We handle the documentation and coordinate with the sub-registrar. You bring Aadhaar, PAN, photos and address proof.
Handover
The plot is registered in your name, and your 5-year maintenance and Owner Ecosystem begin.
How You Pay.
Pay outright, or finance up to 80% through ICICI Bank — the project is bank-approved. We handle the full loan documentation and processing.
